The Role We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy parts department and retail showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in parts, retail, or machinery who enjoys leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Parts & Retail Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring customers receive a first-class service. You will also act as the senior point of contact in the manager's absence.
