NMS Recruit is partnering with a highly respected Financial Services firm based in Barnet to secure a Mortgage Advisor. This is a full-time opportunity for a strategic financial leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and requirements
- Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions
- Evaluate client creditworthiness and determine mortgage eligibility
- Collaborate with underwriters, administrators, solicitors, to ensure smooth mortgage processing
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Managing the entire mortgage application process.
- Handle often-complex client queries on a day-to-day basis;
- Provide high-quality service
Required Skills and Experience:
- You'll be CeMAP qualified
- Have 1+ years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Have Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Excellent communication abilities with a passion for delighting customers
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated to deliver amazing customer experience
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships across internal team members (i.e. our Pre Application, Case Management and Underwriting teams)
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment embracing continuous improvement
