An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Brand to join a growing organisation during an exciting period of transformation and growth. This role will lead the development and delivery of the company's brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across multiple business areas. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape brand positioning, oversee creative direction and support commercial growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with execution. You will have the opportunity to influence the future direction of the brand, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a clear and engaging brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an overarching brand strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Define and strengthen brand positioning across multiple business areas.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the development of compelling brand storytelling and creative campaigns.
  • Oversee all creative output, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and operational teams to deliver commercially focused marketing initiatives.
  • Support the successful launch of new products, services and business initiatives.
  • Develop partnerships, events and engagement activities that enhance brand awareness and customer experience.
  • Monitor brand performance, analyse market trends and use insight to recommend improvements.
  • Act as the guardian of the brand, maintaining high standards across every customer touchpoint.

About You

  • Previous experience in a senior Brand or Marketing leadership role.
  • Proven success developing and implementing brand strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective marketing activity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or business divisions would be advantageous.
  • Ideally, you'll have experience within the hospitality, leisure or another customer-focused sector, with a strong understanding of creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable leading projects, managing multiple priorities and making confident decisions.
  • Passionate about building strong brands, engaging communities and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
