- Support product discovery by validating feasibility, regulatory, operational, and safety constraints early.
- Embed into strategic initiatives and complex customer engagements to shape integrated, multi-disciplinary solution outcomes.
- Identify domain trends, regulatory shifts, and systemic risks that should influence product and portfolio direction.
- Act as a credible technical authority with customers, partners, and internal engineering teams.
Key Measures of Success

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in electrical engineering, power systems, or related discipline.
Core skills
- Strong systems thinking and structured problem framing.
- Ability to translate operational complexity into clear, actionable solution intent.
- Credibility with both engineers and senior customer stakeholders.

- Experience supporting strategic bids or large-scale programmes.
- Exposure to analytics-led decision tools or AI-supported grid applications.
- Experience contributing to product discovery in hardware-software environments.
