My client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Deeside. This vital role supports the external sales force by managing internal orders, preparing accurate quotations, and coordinating customer service to ensure smooth commercial operations. Key Responsibilities: • Order processing • Liaise with customers and sales teams and other areas of the business to ensure timely and accurate order processing • Use internal IT systems to monitor sales and order activity This role offers a basic salary of £25-£26K, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and company pension. Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4 To be suitable for this role you will have previous relevant experience in a similar role, be highly customer focused and have strong IT skills. Full training will be given on the company products and IT systems.
