Our client is on an exciting journey to revolutionise broadband for homes and businesses in rural towns and villages across the North & Scotland.
Due to continued success and network build we are now seeking an experienced Sales Adviser to join this rapidly expanding business.
The Role
- Drive and deliver sales targets by contacting customers across areas that have access to the existing network
- Develop and nurture a steady pipeline of prospective sales
- Answer any generic queries from potential customers and escalating any more complex questions
- Adhere to internal process and procedures including CRM management and Sales Applications.
- Strictly adhere to GDPR guidelines with any sensitive information captured from consumers.
- Liaise with Direct Sales Team to ensure the customer journey is a seamless as possible.
- Be a brand ambassador, giving great, professional, customer service.
This role will be based mostly on-site in the Edinburgh city centre office.
There's an opportunity for occasional remote working, and some flexibility to agree daily working patterns to suit individual needs, including working a Saturday on a rota basis.
