The Role
As Workshop Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop, maximising vehicle availability while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the servicing, maintenance and repair of the fleet.
- Planning and allocating daily workloads across the engineering team.
- Managing vehicle availability to support operational requirements.
- Supporting daily run-in, run-out and breakdown activities.
- Carrying out vehicle preparation and body repairs where required.
- Maintaining workshop equipment, depot facilities and engineering plant.
- Assisting with stock control and warranty administration.
- Ensuring engineering records and compliance.
