My client is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their growing team in Northwich.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for a varied client portfolio, ensuring accurate, compliant and first-class service at all times.
- Manage payrolls from start to finish for a portfolio of clients.
- Process Auto Enrolment and BACS payments.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Keep up to date with payroll legislation and compliance.
- Work closely with colleagues, HMRC and third-party providers.
- Support problem solving and continuous improvement within the payroll function.
Qualifications
- Previous payroll experience within a bureau or practice.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and Auto Enrolment.
- Ability to manually calculate payrolls.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.
