Our client, a well-established and growing Managed IT Services provider, is seeking a Helpdesk Infrastructure Engineer to join their friendly and highly skilled technical team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse customer base, supporting a wide range of technologies while developing your expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies and virtualisation.
As a Helpdesk Infrastructure Engineer, you'll provide remote technical support to business customers, resolving infrastructure and network issues via telephone, email and remote access tools.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and performing at their best.
Responsibilities Providing 2nd/3rd line technical support to customers.
Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure, server and networking issues.
Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server environments.
Building, configuring and maintaining LANs, servers and private cloud infrastructure.
Installing and configuring firewalls, switches, servers, storage devices, desktops and laptops.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for customer environments.
