Our client is a dynamic and expanding brewery group with a diverse range of products and brands within it, due to continued growth they are looking to hire an experienced NAM to focus on Multiple Retail groups. The role The role focuses on expanding brand reach across the UK, driving sales volume and profit growth beyond set targets within the entire On-Trade channel. Key customers will include National and Regional pub groups. The position involves developing and executing a strong new business strategy, identifying target customers whose consumer base and outlet profiles align closely with the diverse portfolio. The goal is to secure high-volume, high-margin customers within the region, maximising the distribution of core brands across their retail estates. Success in this role will require engaging with senior and executive stakeholders across all areas of the customer’s business to fully optimize the brand’s presence and impact.
