*Salary: *£40,000 Pro Rata Per Annum, Term Time Only

*Location: Across our Croydon Schools portfolio, this role will be based minimum 4 days per week in our schools with 1 day per week working from home depending on the needs of the children. See the locations of our schools*

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop and use your therapeutic knowledge and experience to support colleagues across the Group deliver positive outcomes for young people in our independent schools. We will accept nearly Qualified applications.

This is role will be based from the nearest school in your region with an expectation to regularly travel to other sites in your portfolio in accordance to service need.

You will conduct assessment and intervention, provide support to teams and be an active part of the wider MDT.

Delivery of training is an important aspect of the role. We train all our staff in our Shine Therapeutic model which includes DDP/PACE therapeutic parenting.

_*What you’ll get to do:*_
* Manage your own caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues
* Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey
* To be responsible for assessments, goal setting and recommendations for therapeutic support for your own caseload.
* To develop, write and regularly review/update therapeutic goals for children and young people in education.
* To develop and contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy.

_*What we’re looking for from you*_
* HCPC registered.
* BSc registered Speech and Language Therapist
* Experience of working with Children and Young People or relevant demonstrable transferable skills
* We will accept nearly Qualified applications
* A desire to support services through embedding therapeutic practice
* Experience of teaching, training and/or supervision.
* Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
* Ability to work autonomously with the support from individual and peer supervision
* Ability to role model behaviours and attitudes in line with organisational values
* A sound understanding of Microsoft Office components, including knowledge of Excel, Teams and SharePoint
* Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
