NMI is looking for a dynamic and motivated Corporate Counsel to join our legal team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Fintech company, advising on a wide range of commercial agreements and corporate issues within a fast-growing and supportive environment.
As Corporate Counsel you will work across a diverse scope of legal matters — from drafting and negotiating agreements that support our UK and US-based sales teams, to handling data protection requests and compliance matters.
You will play an integral role providing business-minded legal advice to teammates across NMI by negotiating vendor agreements, advising on contracting models, product design, compliance, corporate governance, and other legal issues.
You will also help maintain and develop the business's template agreements, contract review guidebooks, and respond to NMI's evolving legal needs.
This is a remote role reporting to the Associate General Counsel.
