Role Overview:
As Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality campaigns across Meta Ads and Email Marketing. You will mentor a growing team, ensure workflows are efficient, and maintain the highest standards of execution. Working closely with the Account Director, you will align team efforts with client goals and drive performance across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Development
- Manage day-to-day team workflows, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Review and approve deliverables, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Identify skills gaps and organise training to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry trends.
Campaign Delivery
- Oversee the execution of Meta Ads and Email Marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Work closely with the Account Director to translate client strategies into actionable plans for the team.
- Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and delivery across all client campaigns.
Process Optimisation

Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with the Account Director to ensure seamless communication between the team and clients.
