We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Director to oversee key client relationships, deliver measurable outcomes, and contribute to the growth of our agency.

Role Overview:

As Account Director, you will take a lead role in managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and impactful results. You will combine strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and relationship management to support clients’ success while driving new business opportunities. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will align client goals with flawless execution and inspire the team to deliver their best work.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for key clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Develop and present digital marketing strategies on paid social and email, aligned with client objectives.
  • Provide insightful performance updates, recommendations, and actionable advice to enhance results.
  • Proactively identify and address client challenges, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the agency’s growth.
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners to drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Email Marketing Expertise

  • Lead the strategic planning of email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, including segmentation and automation.
  • Analyse email performance to deliver insights and optimise campaigns for maximum engagement.
  • Keep up-to-date with email marketing best practices and recommend innovative strategies to clients.

Paid Social Advertising

  • Oversee Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring they achieve client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in testing new strategies across platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Provide strategic input for campaign performance improvements and scaling opportunities.

Project Oversight

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure client strategies are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Lead client kick-off meetings, strategic reviews, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or strategy, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads campaign management and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and present strategies with confidence.
  • Strong business development experience, including creating and delivering pitches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing international campaigns and budgets.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of marketing performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
