Area: Kingswinford Hours: Days Salary: 35-40K depending on experience. Our Client is looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to plan, run, document and maintain product t e sti n g . You will work with test equipment, product test samples, prototypes and returned products across R&D, standards-based compliance support, product development, quality investigations, customer returns, ECRs, improvements and proof-of-concept work. This role suits someone who can turn supplied requirements into practical test plans, keep evidence clear, and feed findings back to design, technical and quality teams. What you will do- Product Testing and Test Facility · Plan and run testing against agreed project, compliance, quality, ECR, return, improvement or proof-of-concept aims. · Prepare, identify and control samples, prototypes, returns and modified products before, during and after t e sti n g . · Maintain sample status, configuration, revision, issue and investigation links in the test e v id e n c e . · Plan, run and maintain test equipment, fixtures, tools and supporting test set- u p s . · Complete pre-use checks, safe set-up, basic maintenance, housekeeping and issue e sc alati o n .
