Salary: £41,800

Our client has a permanent opportunity to join their large manufacturing plant. As a multi-skilled engineer, you will assist your colleagues with minimising downtime of the production machinery, ensuring Health & Safety procedures are always adhered to. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing faults with machinery, both electrically and mechanically.

You will be working in a team of engineers; you will maintain production equipment as well as working on the process and services equipment. Having the ability to work well by yourself and as part of a multi-disciplined team of engineers and assisting the operational teams is essential.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in:

  • Temperature controllers
  • Vacuum systems
  • 3-phase power distribution
  • Water and air cooling systems
  • Dust extraction systems
  • A.C and D.C motor control systems
