Our Chester based Client has opportunities to join their large manufacturing plant in Chester. This is a direct permanent opportunity.
Production Supervisor duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance
- Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance
- Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
- Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
- Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment
- Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
You will be required to have experience of working within a production environment supervising staff within the manufacturing area and assisting the Shift Manager with the smooth running of each shift.
