Je zorgt ervoor dat de treinen veilig, op tijd en in de juiste samenstelling de treinbundel (parkeerzone voor treinen) verlaten om de reizigers op hun bestemming te brengen.
What is your role at NMBS?
- Je koppelt locomotieven en rijtuigen aan elkaar zodat de trein in de juiste samenstelling kan vertrekken. Treinen die aankomen in de treinbundel ontkoppel je.
- Je voert remproeven uit.
- Je vormt extra treinen voor evenementen.
- Je bedient elektrische kabels en rijtuigschakelaars.
Why is this job for you?
- Je behaalde een getuigschrift van het algemeen, technisch of kunstonderwijs (na 4 jaar) of het beroepssecundair onderwijs (na 6 jaar) (OK3) of een gelijkwaardigheidsattest.
• OF je hebt ten minste 2 jaar ervaring in één van deze domeinen
- Operator in transport, logistiek, bouw, productie, automotive industrie, industriële schoonmaak.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B of bent bereid dat tegen je start bij NMBS te behalen.

- Je zoekt een job in de buitenlucht.
- Je bent flexibel en werkt graag in team (3x8-ploegensysteem).
- Je kan goed organiseren. Wanneer je meerdere taken moet uitvoeren in een korte periode slaag je erin het hoofd koel te houden en planmatig te werk te gaan.
- Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je communiceert vlot met je collega’s.
