Als elektrotechnieker treinonderhoud zorg je mee voor treinen in topconditie. Je onderhoudt en herstelt (motor)rijtuigen en locomotieven op elektrisch vlak. Zo draag je bij aan een stipte en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening.
Je schouwt, onderhoudt en herstelt de elektrische componenten van (motor)rijtuigen en locomotieven. Het gaat daarbij bijvoorbeeld om veiligheidssystemen, motoren, omvormers, transformatoren, hoogspanningsuitrusting, … Je werkt met elektrische schema’s. Je analyseert ze en zoekt er specifieke zaken in op.
Als elektrotechnieker treinonderhoud heb je heel wat verantwoordelijkheid. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze reizigers zich in een perfect werkende trein kunnen verplaatsen. Daarnaast:
- Je hebt een goede kennis van elektromechanica, zowel in theorie als in praktijk.
- Je wil bijleren over het treinmaterieel.
- Bij een probleem zoek je steeds naar de gepaste oplossing.
- Je houdt van werken in een flexibel uurrooster.
- Je werkt zowel overdag als ’s nachts en in het weekend (volgens een beurtrol).
Je behaalde:
- een diploma van secundair onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig) behaald in het technisch of beroepsonderwijs - studiegebied "mechanica – elektriciteit";
- of een bewijsstuk of een attest van slagen, afgeleverd door het hoger secundair onderwijs voor sociale promotie na een cyclus van minstens 750 lestijden en dat als gelijkwaardig wordt beschouwd met het voornoemde diploma;
- afgeleverd door een door de Staat of één der Gemeenschappen opgerichte, gesubsidieerde of erkende inrichting;
- of een attest dat getuigt van kwalificaties die buiten het diploma zijn verworven in de domeinen mechanica en/of elektriciteit;
- of minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in de gebieden mechanica en/of elektriciteit.
