La direction Technics assure, au sein de la SNCB, l'entretien et la modernisation du matériel roulant et compte quelque 6000 collaborateurs. Sur le plan organisationnel, cela se traduit par 12 ateliers répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire. Les 9 ateliers de traction (AT) se chargent de l'entretien à court terme, tandis que les grandes révisions, modernisations et réparations relèvent des 3 ateliers centraux (AC). A côté de ses missions de service public, la SNCB participe aussi au transport international de voyageurs (essentiellement via ses participations dans Thalys et Eurostar) et au transport de marchandises. L'atelier TGV de Forest assure l'entretien des rames: TGV Thalys qui circulent entre Paris, Bruxelles, Amsterdam et Cologne, des TGV qui relient Paris à Bruxelles, des Eurostar qui assurent la liaison Bruxelles-Londres et Paris-Londres, des TGV à destination du Midi de la France. Cet atelier compte environ 300 collaborateurs.
Vous souhaitez faire partie de nos équipes de techniciens qui mettent chaque jour tout en œuvre afin d’assurer la sécurité et le déroulement sans faille du trafic ferroviaire? Le technicien électromécanicien joue un rôle-clé dans l’objectif à atteindre : améliorer continuellement la sécurité et la régularité du trafic ferroviaire. Vous procédez au montage et à la maintenance matériel roulant. Vous détectez les avaries et y remédiez. Vous veillez à la stricte application et au contrôle des mesures de sécurité liées au trafic ferroviaire et au personnel. Vous travaillez en horaire de nuit fixe. Vous travaillez en équipe réduite à l’intérieur (atelier) ou à l’extérieur (à proximité des voies en service) selon le lieu où il est affecté. Vous êtes susceptibles d’être appelé pour effectuer des réparations urgentes.
Vous devez être en possession :
- D’un certificat homologué (ou équivalent) d’enseignement technique ou professionnel secondaire supérieur, secteur « industrie ».
- Ou d’un titre ou attestation de réussite délivré par l’enseignement secondaire supérieur de promotion sociale, délivré après un cycle d’au moins 750 périodes et jugé équivalent au certificat homologué précité.
- Ou d’un certificat attestant des qualifications acquises hors diplôme dans les domaines de la mécanique (usinage conventionnel et numérique, techniques d’assemblage, entretien industriel, DAO et bureau des méthodes, montage, mise au point et entretien ou réparation d’installations mécaniques, pneumatiques et/ou hydrauliques).
- Ou au moins de 2 années d’expérience pertinente dans les domaines de la mécanique précités.
Les candidats qui sont en possession d’un certificat qui atteste des qualifications acquises hors diplôme ou qui ont 2 ans d'expérience pertinente dans les domaines de la mécanique ou/et de l'électricité doivent d’abord être soumis à un cv-screening.
