En tant que conducteur.rice de manœuvre, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans le trafic ferroviaire quotidien. Vous contribuez à ce que les passagers puissent prendre l'un des 3 800 trains pour atteindre leur destination.
Vous êtes en possession d’un certificat du 3e degré de l’enseignement secondaire ou d’une attestation de réussite équivalente. Vous êtes de nationalité belge ou d’un pays de l’UE. Vous utilisez facilement vos connaissances techniques pour analyser et solutionner un problème. Vous aimez voir le travail progresser. Attendre et laisser les choses se faire, ce n’est pas dans vos habitudes. Vous appréciez les horaires flexibles et êtes prêt.e à travailler les week-ends et jours fériés.

*Pendant la formation de base, vous pouvez compter sur un salaire de minimum 2950€ brut/mois. Une fois que vous êtes opérationnel.le, votre salaire varie entre 2950€ et 3450€, en fonction du nombre d'heures de nuit et de week-end. Votre salaire évolue automatiquement au cours de votre carrière, sur base de votre ancienneté.
Qui dit mission exceptionnelle, dit environnement de travail exceptionnel : sur les rails et à bord des locomotives de manœuvre, dans un rayon de 25 km autour de votre siège de travail situé à [Nom du siège de travail].

Nous revenons sur la brochure "Connaissances de base du conducteur". Afin de bien préparer cet entretien, vous recevrez également un questionnaire de personnalité. En tant que conducteur de manœuvre, vous avez de nombreuses responsabilités. C’est pourquoi, vous passez un examen médical et psychologique. Vous nous transmettez les documents nécessaires. Vous débutez votre formation chez nous.
