Als bankwerker bestuurder rollend materieel verbeter je de veiligheid en regelmaat van het treinverkeer. Zo kunnen we een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening aan de reizigers aanbieden.

Als bankwerk bestuurder rangeer je het materieel (motorstellen, rijtuigen, …) in de sporenbundels van de werkplaats en voert, indien nodig, onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit op het rollend materieel.

  • Je rangeert het materieel, eventueel met behulp van een rail-route en in samenwerking met de koerdienst.
  • Je verricht de koppelings- en ontkoppelingsoperaties van het materieel en bereidt die voor.
  • Je verricht ook diverse andere taken, o.a. kleine onderhoudswerken.
  • Je geeft verbetermogelijkheden of anomalieën van tijdens je shift door naar je leidinggevende.
