At Nlyte Health, we are on a mission to revolutionise women's hormonal health. Millions of women navigate hormonal transitions with inadequate support and information, as most doctors receive limited training in the complexities of hormonal care. We are changing that. Our AI-powered platform, SAGE, acts as a personalised companion, providing tailored guidance on skin, nutrition, and movement to help women decode their bodies and own their health journey. We are a small, passionate team committed to closing the hormonal health gap and bringing advanced, 24/7 hormonal intelligence to those who need it most.
This is more than a job; it's a career-defining opportunity to build a category-defining brand from the ground up. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to join as our first marketing hire. This role will begin on a part-time, remote basis, with the intention to transition to a full-time position as we grow. As our Founding Head of Marketing, you will not be managing a large team or delegating tasks. You will be a player-coach, responsible for both setting the foundational marketing strategy and executing it flawlessly. You will own the entire marketing function, from brand positioning and customer insights to growth campaigns and community building.
What You'll build and Own:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: You will define our initial target audience, craft our core messaging and positioning, and design the launch strategy for SAGE.
- Content & Storytelling: You will be the voice of Nlyte Health, creating compelling content (blogs, social media, email) that resonates deeply with the struggles and triumphs of women's hormonal journeys.
- Growth Engine: You will build our growth marketing machine from zero. This includes identifying, testing, and scaling cost-effective acquisition channels (e.g., SEO, social ads, partnerships).
- Community & Brand: You will spark the conversation around hormonal health, building a thriving, supportive community and establishing Nlyte Health as a trusted, beloved brand in the femtech space.
The Role is for you if:
- You are a scrappy and resourceful builder who thrives on making a huge impact with a lean budget.
- You find creative solutions and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
- You are data-driven and analytical, using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to measure what matters, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly.
- You are a T-shaped marketer with a broad understanding of the marketing landscape (SEO, paid social, email, content) but have deep, proven expertise in 1-2 areas, particularly content and community building.
- You are deeply passionate about our mission to empower women and are excited by the challenge of building a brand from its earliest days.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, preferably in a startup or resource-constrained environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling content and build engaged communities.
- Proven success in driving growth through organic and/or paid channels with a strong analytical background.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Experience in femtech, healthtech, or a related D2C industry is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
