About us

Novotel London West is the perfect base for Business and leisure. With 630 spacious ensuite rooms plus a selection of restaurants and bars showcasing fresh international flavours. Our hotel has state of the art gym facilities and 40 flexible conference and meeting rooms.

A bit about what you will do

  • Reception Supervisors in our team lead by example and support and enable our receptionist to provide our guests with excellent service throughout their stay.
  • Ensure all guest queries and complaints are dealt promptly with in a satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure a thorough and proactive administration of the group’s invoicing.
  • Work closely with the Reception Manager and the Duty Manager to ensure that any recurring issues and problems faced by the guest are recorded in the DM Report.
  • Be fully conversant with all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
  • Help DM with additional tasks such as Cosmos PMs/Letters for Delay Flights/Credit Limit/Room Reg when needed.
  • Ensure a commercial attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all Sales opportunities within the hotel to maximise room sales and revenue for the Hotel.
  • Establish a good working relationship with all the guests and colleagues, creating a team that works well together and with other departments.
  • Be fully conversant with all facilities and services of the Novotel London West.
