Novotel London Stansted is a stylish hotel, just a short shuttle ride from the airport. It features 250 bedrooms and offers a great all-day dining restaurant, café and bar. Our four-star hotel includes eight meeting rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. It also provides fitness facilities and ample parking for both guests and employees.
A bit about what you will do...
Meetings & Events Executives in our team play a key role in providing a personalised service by engaging with our guests and creating memorable experiences.

Handling enquiries and bookings for meeting rooms, conferences, events and banqueting.
- Managing individual bedroom reservations as well as group bookings.

Being knowledgeable about the food and drinks served, speaking with guests to understand their requirements and making sure their expectations are met.

Assisting with billing and ensuring all agreed charges and requirements are correctly recorded.
- Meeting and welcoming event organisers and guests, acting as their key point of contact throughout their event.
- Coordinating event details with all relevant hotel departments, ensuring everyone is fully briefed and up to date.
- Working closely with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to ensure events run smoothly.
- Handling last-minute changes calmly and professionally — because we all know events don't always go exactly according to plan!
