Role
Senior Machine Learning Scientist in Borrowing, focusing on enhancing customer and business outcomes through automated decision-making using Machine Learning and statistical modeling. Primary concentration on credit risk modeling, also encompassing utilization, pricing, collections, and marketing optimization. Collaborate with a team of ML Scientists to manage the lifecycle of ML models from experiment design to deployment and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Credit Strategy Managers, Model Validation Analysts, Backend Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate model development into the product roadmap.
- Own several ML applications from experiment design to deployment and monitoring.
- Decide on impactful topics across Borrowing products and deliver solutions.
Technology Stack
Google Cloud Platform for analytics; BigQuery, SQL and dbt for data modeling; PyData stack for model development; Google Vertex AI; AWS; Python for ML microservices; Go; AI tools; Google Suite; ChatGPT enterprise; Claude.

- Experience with end-to-end model development and maintenance for business-critical automated decision-making in a consumer-facing industry.
