Logic is seeking a Transition to Operations Specialist to support operations in Colorado Springs. This role will support day‑to‑day operational activities and help ensure program success within a collaborative, mission‑focused environment.
In this position you will support the transition of MILSATCOM and NC3 capabilities from acquisition into operations, providing expertise across planning, scheduling, requirements verification, lifecycle documentation and coordination with government stakeholders, Space Operations Command and program office teams to evaluate system readiness, coordinate operational acceptance and IOC activities and guide systems through the transition to sustainment.

- Active U.S. secret security clearance required (or the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance)
- This is a full‑time role performed on‑site in Colorado Springs, CO.
Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,000 to $175,500.
