nLogic is seeking a Strategic Requirements Systems Engineer to support a mission-focused effort in the El Segundo area. This role will play a key part in supporting electronic engineering within a collaborative defense and technology environment.
In this role, you will lead the development and management of critical satellite Interface Control Documents, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across spacecraft, ground systems, payloads, and cross‑system interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, configuration management, and integration teams to resolve technical issues, mitigate interface risks, and maintain an accurate system baseline.
Your work will support program decision‑making through authoritative documentation, interface leadership, and cross‑stakeholder coordination, helping ensure system performance, compliance, and mission success.
The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering paid time off; 401(k) retirement plan; Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); and professional development support.
Position Details:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active U.S. secret security clearance required (or the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance).
- Must be eligible for Secret/TS/SCI Clearance.
- This is a full‑time role performed on‑site in El Segundo, CA.
Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000 to $198,000.
