Logic is seeking an ESS Test and Evaluation Engineer to join our team in El Segundo, CA. You will join a Systems Engineering team defining the next generation of space communication systems supporting Air Force Military Satellite Communications.
You will support:
- Systems Engineering document assessments and recommendations
- Implementation of common Test and Evaluation database for the program
- Integration of Digital Engineering and Environment processes
- Collaboration with multiple Integrated Product Teams to refine test and integration implementation strategies
- Development and presentation of packages to communicate recommendations, assessments, and strategies to customers at different levels
- Conducting IPT meetings/reviews and collaborating with integration and test teams
- Development and documentation of risks and mitigation plans for systems engineering, test, and integration
- Use of Digital Engineering and Environment tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, etc.) for different efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance required for this position
- BS in technical field, such as engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science
- An equivalent technical degree (such as MS in technical field) or non-technical degree plus 2+ years of relevant technical experience may be accepted, contingent on Government approval
- 10+ years demonstrated experience in systems engineering
- 10+ years with system specification, verification, or analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Due to security requirements, work is required to be on-site in a secure facility
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS in technical field, such as engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science
- Experience with MILSATCOM, such as AEHF, EPS, WGS, and FAB-T terminal programs
- Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients
- Experience with ground and airborne systems, such as terminals and networks
- Certifications in Systems Engineering (INCOSE ESEP, CSEP)
- Certifications in MBSE (OCSMP)
- Certifications in Agile Development
- Knowledge and experience in Jira and Confluence

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Current SECRET security clearance is required for consideration. This is a full-time position on-site in El Segundo, CA. The estimated salary for this position ranges from approximately $140,000 to $206,500 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
