nLighten is seeking a VP of Technology & Data to lead the development and execution of technology and data strategy across its growing European platform. You will work with the CTO, ExCo and senior teams to shape a scalable enterprise-wide capability that supports growth, efficiency, and informed decision-making. You will guide governance, architecture, data platforms and interoperability across centres, overseeing transformation across multiple entities and markets while maintaining hands-on involvement.
