nLighten is seeking a seasoned Head of Facility to own the technical and operational integrity of 34 sites across seven countries, with a clear path to growth to 100 sites. The role combines engineering credibility with leadership and commercial focus to establish a new central Facility function within Operations. You will define engineering standards for critical systems, govern maintenance and vendor contracts, and drive energy performance through PUE improvements and DCIM data.
