nLighten is seeking a Director of IT Services to own a lean, secure and consistent employee technology service across its European business. You will oversee service desk, devices, Microsoft 365, identity, access, licences and supplier management to ensure smooth business operations.
You will lead security controls, manage the IT Services budget and drive transitions of new technology into BAU support. This is a leadership role with hands-on oversight across multiple sites.
