We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy and friendly Recruitment Team at our Hessle office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills and wants to play an important role in helping us find the right people to join our care teams.

The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and supporting potential candidates throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.
Working closely with our Recruitment Team, you will help us attract high-quality candidates who share NLGroup's values and passion for providing exceptional care.
No two days will be the same. You'll be speaking with candidates, sourcing talent, arranging interviews, building relationships and helping to ensure we have the right people joining our care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, social media and other recruitment channels
- Contact prospective candidates and introduce them to opportunities with NLGroup
- Conduct initial telephone screening and assess candidates against role requirements
- Arrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Build positive relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Work closely with the wider Recruitment Team to meet recruitment targets
- Help develop and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies
- Promote NLGroup as an employer of choice
- Support the team with general recruitment administration when required

About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, personable and highly organised, with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with people.
You will ideally have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking to candidates over the telephone
- A positive, professional and enthusiastic approach
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good IT skills and confidence using recruitment systems and social media
- Previous recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
Most importantly, you will understand the importance of finding the right people for complex care and be passionate about creating a positive experience for every candidate you engage with.
What We Offer
- £27,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
