Work Pattern: 2 week full time roster, week 1 - Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun. Week 2 - Wed, Thurs, Fri.

About this role: If you are new to the health and social care sector, this role is perfect. Our clinical nurses team will provide you with all the training you need. A female Support Worker is required due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), you will be responsible for daily monitoring and support for an individual with Epilepsy. You must be a NON Smoker. Contract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.
Salary: £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person's care plan.
- Support clients in accessing community resources, activities, and social events.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
- Administer medication and support with clinical procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
About You:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
