We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to make a real difference in the life of an individual with Spastic Quadriplegic, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
Salary: £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person's care plan.
- Supporting Learning Disabilities and associated behaviours.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
About You:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Previous experience supporting those with Autism, ADHD, SEMH is beneficial.
- PEG Care experience is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
