The Role

We're on the lookout for a detail-orientated Construction Buyer to keep our projects running smoothly. You'll manage the full procurement process - from sourcing materials to liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. You'll also work closely with our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret construction drawings and complete accurate material take-offs
  • Define scopes for subcontractors and manage the tendering process
  • Procure materials, tools, and equipment at the best value
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Coordinate timely deliveries and tool hire in line with project timelines
