What You'll Be Doing: As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting clinicians and ensuring patients receive outstanding care throughout their appointments. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Assisting dentists during a variety of treatments and procedures
  • Following infection prevention and health and safety procedures
  • Preparing treatment rooms before appointments
  • Helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
  • Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
