We offer a comprehensive range of treatments including preventative dentistry, dental hygiene, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, composite bonding, teeth whitening, veneers, dental implants, emergency dental care, restorative treatments, and facial aesthetics. Operating Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:30am - 7:00pm; Tuesday and Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday: 9:30am - 3:00pm

The Role: As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will work alongside experienced clinicians and gain practical experience across a wide variety of dental procedures. You will play an important role in supporting both patients and the clinical team while developing the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Support; Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures
  • Preparing treatment rooms before patient appointments
  • Ensuring instruments, materials, and equipment are ready for use
  • Supporting the smooth running of clinical sessions
  • Infection Control and Compliance; Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments
  • Following infection prevention and cross-contamination procedures
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and practice policies
  • Patient Care; Welcoming and supporting patients throughout their appointments
  • Helping patients feel comfortable and reassured during treatment
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical notes
  • Assisting with patient communication and aftercare guidance where appropriate
  • Teamwork and Development; Working collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, nurses, reception staff, and management
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities
  • Developing knowledge of dental nursing procedures and best practice standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and eager to build a career in dentistry
  • Professional, reliable, and well organised
  • Friendly with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
  • Enrolled on, or planning to enrol on, an approved Dental Nursing qualification
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Vaccinated against Hepatitis B, or willing to undertake the required immunisation programme
