Infinitas is a next-generation fund finance and private credit technology platform developed by NLC that transforms how GPs and investors engage with their financing. It replaces fragmented Excel-based workflows with a secure, role-based system that delivers real-time visibility into facility performance, borrowing base metrics, interest tracking, covenant compliance and loan history.
We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our growing Infinitas team. As one of the founding members of our sales function, you'll report into our CTO and work directly with leadership and the product team, owning the full sales cycle while shaping our go-to-market strategy, sales processes, and product positioning.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in FinTech, financial services software, or related enterprise SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of building and closing pipelines in excess of $500K+ annually
- Strong understanding of financial markets and ambition to learn more. Any fund finance, private debt or fund administration experience is welcomed but not required
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong ethical standards and a high level of professional integrity, with a commitment to building trusted, long-term client relationships
- Experience as a founder or as an early sales hire at a growth-stage company
- Background selling portfolio management, fund accounting, or workflow tools to GPs
- Based in London with regular travel to client meetings and industry events required
Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive package including base salary and performance-based incentives. As the first sales hire for a product with significant commercial potential, this role offers meaningful upside tied to your success in building the business.
