Job Description

An exciting opportunity to work at a large head office based in Watford as a credit controller. The role will report directly to the Credit Manager and join a well-established team. The business is looking for someone that is looking to work in a busy and fun office but driven to work to targets, has previous experience within a credit control team, ensuring all invoices/billing is generated and issued correctly, the debt is kept to a minimum by phone and email, and resolving invoice queries.

The company have a large head office based in Watford, they will offer full training and development in the role. They are looking for someone with determination and a work hard attitude to join their busy. They offer modern offices, free parking onsite, great benefits after a settling in period.

Duties:

  • Contacting suppliers by phone and email to collect outstanding debts
  • Allocate of payments
  • Resolving any queries of non-payment to invoices
  • Cash allocation

Person Spec:

  • Previously worked within a Credit Control team
  • High volume transaction experience
  • Competent user of Microsoft packages – confident Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
