A large business in Dunstable are looking for an experienced credit controller to join their existing team. The role is hands on and looks after accounts for organisations that have high levels of authorisations as processes are not always straightforward. The client is looking for someone with a proven track record in collections and aftercare, dealing with each set of accounts with a high degree of empathy. The business offers an excellent working environment, with parking and on-site gym. With an excellent team and a supportive manager who will train and support your development. This role offers hybrid working after probation of 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
Duties
- High level of communications with clients and getting timetable for payments
- Logging issues from clients that may delay payments in details
- Reduce aged debt and achieve high levels of collection
- Provide documents to clients to resolve queries
- Authorise release of goods in line with credit policy
