- We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable
Project Manager to serve as the primary delivery leader for Project Power.
The Project Manager will own the day-to-day execution of the
Logistics Smartsheet-to-Power Platform transformation , managing delivery across multiple business units, locations, vendors, stakeholders, and technology teams.
The successful candidate will act as the single source of truth for project status, scope, schedule, decisions, risks, dependencies, and execution progress.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who drives accountability, removes roadblocks, escalates issues early, and ensures delivery commitments are achieved.
The role reports into the
Application Development organization and works closely with Logistics Leadership, Executive Sponsors, Business SMEs, App Dev teams, and
West Monroe consulting resources .
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Delivery Management
- Own and maintain the integrated project plan across
Mobilisation, Design, MVP Build, Expansion, Migration and Go-Live .
- Manage milestones, deliverables, schedules, releases, workstreams, and cross-team dependencies.
- Drive actions, decisions, approvals, and deliverables through to completion.
- Hold owners accountable and ensure project commitments are met.
- Manage project scope and prevent uncontrolled scope changes.
- Ensure delivery aligns with the
- December 2026 migration and
June 2027 Smartsheet retirement deadlines.
- Stakeholder, Governance & Communication
- Serve as the central coordination point for project stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with Logistics Leadership, Executives, Finance, App Dev, Solution Architects, Business SMEs, offshore teams, and consultants.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate timely decisions.
- Lead executive-level communication and reporting.
