POSITION SUMMARY
Service Department positions are responsible for providing service, debugging, troubleshooting and training to NLB customers. Positions require not only an extensive knowledge of NLB equipment, but also a strong customer service attitude. The Service Department's ultimate goal is to provide NLB and its customers with world-class service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Troubleshoot and debug basic electrical and automated equipment to design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems to meet customer requirements and utilize NLB equipment within design specifications.
- Perform service, troubleshoot and train customers on NLB pumps, valves and accessories in a safe and professional manner.
- Test and troubleshoot both units and accessories.
- Willing and able to work additional hours including after hours and weekends to handle customer service needs.
- Demonstrate a professional image/attitude in dealing with other NLB service personnel, NLB management and employees as well as NLB customers.
- Communicate effectively, get along with co-workers, and deal with colleagues effectively and professionally.
- Conduct demonstrations of NLB equipment.
- Continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.
- Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience: Two to four years related experience
- Computer Skills: Must have intermediate computer skills. D365 experience is a plus.
- Other Requirements: Experience in the water jetting industry and assembly work in light vehicle or Heavy Good Vehicles (HGV). Strong diagnostic background is a plus. Possess outstanding mechanical knowledge and skills. Able to communicate effectively with all contacts, both oral and written.
