NLA is seeking a proactive Member Engagement Intern for a six-month fixed-term placement in London. You will support day-to-day member engagement, coordinate events, and help ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Working with the Client Relationship, Programme and Events teams, you will gain experience with membership management, CRM systems, data quality, and process improvement while developing strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
