NLG Health are currently looking for experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapists for a Hospital in Lancashire to cover an ongoing booking until the end of September 2024, with an anticipated extension. Main Duties: To be responsible for the assessment, treatment, planning and delivery of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions within the areas of:

  • Stroke/Acquired Brain Injury and Complex other Neurological conditions
  • Rehabilitation

This is a community based post, so you must be able to travel to different locations.

Requirements: You will be an Occupational Therapist that is registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). It is essential that you work within codes of practice and professional guidelines and be able to communicate health issues effectively and courageously. You must currently be living in the UK, have effective communication skills, excellent attendance record as well as the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, it is essential that you have a minimum of 6 months previous work experience within acute healthcare setting with the ability to provide 2 professional references are essential.
