A well-established, Ofsted-rated Good nursery in Finchley, North London is looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their baby room on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role:
- Baby room, permanent contract
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, across shift patterns
- All year round — no term-time closures
- 10 additional days' holiday over the Christmas period
- From £30,000 per year, negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications
- Day to day: Key worker responsibilities within the baby room, supporting care routines and early development within close ratios.
- Support working towards Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications, performance-related bonuses, and small everyday touches like snacks and coffee provided during breaks.
- Candidates should hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification and at least one year of recent experience.
- This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
