The Campaign Manager is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns end-to-end - ensuring they are executed seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard. This role sits at the centre of the marketing function, connecting Brand, Growth, Trading, and Studio - turning plans into reality through strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery
- Manage the delivery of all marketing campaigns from brief to execution
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on brand
- Coordinate campaign activity across all channels
- Email
- Work with Brand, Growth, and Trading to create and deliver email campaigns and automations that maximise commercial results
- Trade and Retail
- Support the execution of marketing collateral and campaign work to maximise the commercial success of Trade and Retail departments
- Production & Planning
- Own campaign timelines and production schedules
- Manage briefing process across teams
- Ensure all assets are delivered efficiently, effectively and to a high standard
- Direct Mail & Marketing Production
- Plan and deliver direct mail campaigns
- Manage print production and supplier relationships
- Ensure consistency with brand and campaign messaging
- Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact across Brand, Growth, and Trading
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams
- Identify and resolve delivery challenges early
- Process & Optimisation
- Improve campaign workflows and processes
- Bring structure and clarity to campaign delivery
- Support post-campaign reviews and learnings
- Support and elevate the processes around asset creation
