Committed to ethical practices from the start, we are proud to be a B Corp, part of a growing community of businesses that balance purpose and profit. We are a growing, commercially ambitious business with a collaborative and down-to-earth culture, where ownership, creativity and accountability are valued at every level.

About this role and you: This is a high-impact, autonomous commercial role responsible for driving Nkuku's Trade growth across the Midlands and East of England. The territory extends south from Wales & the Midlands to take in accounts down to Worcestershire and across into East Anglia, picking up the ground immediately south of our Northern territory. The role covers both new business development and strategic account management, with responsibility for building a high-quality portfolio of brand partners and delivering sustained revenue growth across the territory. • Identify, prospect and convert high-quality brand partners aligned to Nkuku's positioning
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, driving repeat business and growth
  • Maximise account performance through range development, commercial planning and a partnership approach
  • Represent Nkuku in-market as a brand ambassador, ensuring our values are consistently communicated
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy and reporting standards

About your skills and knowledge:

  • Proven experience in a field-based B2B sales or account management role within homewares, interiors, lifestyle or a closely related sector, with clear evidence of immediate commercial impact
  • An established and active customer network across the Midlands and East of England, including independent lifestyle and concept stores, interior designers and specifiers, and regional retail groups and department stores
  • A track record in a Midlands or Eastern territory, with clear evidence of new business acquisition, account growth and retention, and delivery against commercial targets
  • A proven ability to manage and grow a sales territory independently, including building and converting a pipeline, planning and executing customer visits, and leading commercial negotiations
  • Experience opening and developing key accounts, scaling long-term partnerships and delivering measurable commercial growth

Applications that do not clearly evidence the above are unlikely to be progressed.

About your Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • BUPA healthcare plan
  • Life cover insurance
  • Pension scheme
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Generous staff discount across Nkuku products and cafe
