Administrator & Storekeeper – Offshore
Join NKT’s Marine Operations Department as an Administrator & Storekeeper for the NKT Fleet, supporting offshore cable installation projects that contribute to the green transition.
This dual-function role combines vessel administration and inventory management, ensuring efficient documentation and availability of materials onboard.
You will work closely with offshore crews and onshore teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage vessel documentation, crew lists, and compliance paperwork.
- Organize crew schedules, rotations, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain stock records, inspect materials, and handle inventory systems.
- Coordinate logistics, shipping documents, and equipment preparation.
- Coordinate communication between vessel, agents, and onshore teams.
This role is offshore based on rotation periods at sea. You report to the Offshore Construction Manager and collaborate with the Chief Engineer and offshore teams.
Qualifications
- Preferably a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or offshore operations.
- Experience with inventory systems such as TM Master, SAP or Unisea.
- Experience handling materials, tools, and consumables.
- Proficiency in documentation, logistics coordination, and reporting.

You are a structured, accurate and detail-oriented person who manages multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic offshore environment.
You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and maintain accuracy in documentation and planning.
You work independently while contributing to team coordination, ensuring that daily operations are well organized and aligned with project needs.
