NKISI Global Energy is an emerging platform focused on long-term opportunities across energy, infrastructure, strategic resources and industrial development. Our mission is to build scalable businesses that connect capital, technology and growth markets, with an initial focus on Africa and international expansion. We are at an early but ambitious stage and seek exceptional leadership talent who want to help shape something meaningful from the ground up.
We are seeking a high-calibre Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to work closely with the Founder in defining and executing the company’s long-term strategic roadmap. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader with experience in energy, infrastructure, investment, private markets or corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine group strategy, growth roadmap and market entry plans
- Identify partnerships, acquisitions, investment opportunities and strategic alliances
- Support fundraising readiness, investor materials and capital strategy
- Build commercial frameworks for new ventures and operating companies
- Conduct market analysis across energy, infrastructure and emerging markets
- Work directly with Founder on executive priorities and long-term expansion plans
- Senior strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting or executive leadership experience
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure, renewables, mining, utilities or industrial sectors preferred
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build in ambiguity
- Experience scaling businesses or advising founders highly valued
Compensation: Competitive package based on structure and experience. Open to salary / fractional / advisory / equity-aligned arrangements for the right candidate.
Location: London-based preferred. International candidates considered.
